ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No. Pets are not allowed in the house or property at any time. Many of our relatives and guests have allergies.
ARE GROUPS ALLOWED?
No. We rent to families and responsible adults only. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, spring break from high schools or colleges, prom parties, senior week or other non-family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of the owners.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We will provide our best efforts to re-rent the home. If the property is re-rented we will issue a refund in the amount we were able to re-rent the property for (net revenue), less a $250 cancellation fee. There will be no refund if the property is not able to be re-rented for the cancelled period. Because payments are non-refundable, we suggest Travel Interruption Insurance Travel protection.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
Unlike many other rental homes we do not charge additional cleaning fees on top of our weekly rate. Weekly pool service is included as well (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
WHAT IS STANDARD CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME?
Check-in time is 1:30 PM
Check-out time is 10:00 AM
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is enough space to easily park 3 cars in our driveway. There is additional street parking available if needed.
ARE BEACH TAGS PROVIDED?
8 beach tags are provided. If you lose one of the provided beach tags, please purchase a new SEASON beach tag to replace the lost one. To learn more about the beach tags please visit https://www.visitsicnj.com/beach-tags.

HOW CLOSE IS THE BEACH?
The beach & promenade is 6 houses (350 feet) from our home.
DOES THE HOUSE INCLUDE FREE WIFI & CABLE?
Yes it does. Comcast/Xfinity top tier internet and mesh WIFI on all floors and covers out by the pool. Xfinity cable is accessible on all TVs via Roku's. WIFI name and password will be located in our welcome letter.
IS THERE A LANDLINE PHONE?
There is no landline phone in the home.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
In making your reservation you understand that your vacation will be self-catering in nature. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide items such as toilet paper, paper towels, extra garbage bags, dishwasher powder or liquid, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo etc.
ARE LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED?
Linens and towels are NOT provided. There is a local linen service available if you do not want to bring your own. You can make arrangements directly with them and view options & pricing at https://www.linenfairies.com or contact Shirley at (856) 693-4219.
IS THE POOL HEATED & WHAT IS THE POOL SEASON?
Yes, our Sea Isle rental has a heated pool that is available for guests to use during the pool season, which is Memorial Day thru Labor Day. We can open it earlier in May and extend into September for an additional fee as this is outside of our annual pool service contract.
IS THERE A BBQ GRILL?
Yes, there is a propane BBG grill and utensils for you to use. There are additional propane tanks in case it runs out of gas. All we ask is you clean the grill after you use it and cover it when it cools down.
